Take care of the holiday table effortlessly!
1. The Leśna Przystań Center consists of, among other things, a swimming area, a camping ground, a fishing area, parking, a dining zone, a playground, a water sports rental, a children's wading pool, cabins, and walking and cycling paths.
2. The operation of the swimming area, camping ground, water sports rental, playground, children's wading pool, cabins, and fishing area is regulated by separate regulations.
3. There is a strict prohibition on bringing in one's own alcohol on the entire premises of the Leśna Przystań Center. Purchasing alcohol is only possible in the dining zone located on the premises. The Center is not responsible for damages caused by the consumption of alcohol.
4. Every person entering the premises of the Leśna Przystań Center is required to pay a fee according to the applicable price list.
5. Parking at the Leśna Przystań Center is paid according to the applicable price list.
6. There is a prohibition on littering throughout the Leśna Przystań Center. Trash must only be disposed of in designated trash bins.
7. There is a strict prohibition on bringing animals onto the premises of the Leśna Przystań Center.
8. Children under the age of 13 who are on the playground must be under the constant supervision of an adult guardian.
9. The movement of motor vehicles, horse-drawn vehicles, and mopeds in the forest is only allowed on public roads, while on forest roads it is only allowed if they are marked with signs permitting traffic. This does not apply to disabled individuals using vehicles adapted to their needs. Parking of the aforementioned vehicles on forest roads is only allowed in designated areas. The speed limit on the premises is 20 km/h, except in the parking area and camping ground, where the speed limit is also 20 km/h.
10. There is a prohibition on the following throughout the Leśna Przystań Center: • smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes outside designated areas; • using open flames, lighting bonfires, and grilling outside designated areas; • polluting the soil and water; • littering; • digging the ground; • destroying mushrooms and mycelium; • damaging facilities and tourist and technical objects as well as signs and boards; • raking and collecting forest litter; • bringing animals; • collecting eggs and chicks, destroying nesting sites and bird nests, as well as destroying burrows, dens, and anthills; • making noise and using sound signals, except in cases requiring an alarm; • disturbing animals.
11. The Leśna Przystań Center is not responsible for any injuries, contusions, or other damages suffered, both to persons and property. This particularly applies to events caused by: • falling trees and branches due to biotic and abiotic factors (e.g., wind, storms, and snowfall); • uneven terrain; • wild animals (e.g., snake bites and tick bites, bites from rabid animals); • fires in forested and non-forested areas as well as various objects located there; • other events not mentioned above, arising from accidents, force majeure, or natural disasters.
12. The entire premises of the Leśna Przystań Center is under video surveillance with recording, and recordings from the cameras may be the basis for holding users accountable who do not comply with the applicable regulations.
13. Surveillance is conducted in a way that does not violate personal rights and the dignity of users.
14. The purpose of implementing surveillance is to enhance security and public order, protect individuals and property on the premises of the swimming area, as well as promotional activities for the center.
15. Recordings from surveillance may be used by placing them on social media for marketing purposes.

17. Personal data processed by the administrator includes, depending on the type of service provided, name, surname, address, phone number, and PESEL number.
18. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing offered services, pursuing possible claims related to damages caused by or defending against claims, documenting service execution for tax purposes, ensuring the highest quality of services, and marketing activities.
19. The administrator provides personal data to the following categories of entities: employees and collaborators, external companies providing services based on separate agreements, entities authorized under the law.
20. Personal data will be processed for the period of limitation of claims.
21. Every person whose personal data is processed has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, or limit its processing, as well as to object to its processing.
22. Every guest has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data to the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warsaw.
23. The administrator does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
