1. The Leśna Przystań Centre consists, among other things, of a swimming area, camping site, fishing spot, parking lot, food zone, playground, water sports equipment rental, children's wading pool, cabins, and walking and cycling paths.

2. The operation of the swimming area, camping site, water sports equipment rental, playground, children's wading pool, cabins, and fishing spot is regulated by separate regulations.

3. A strict prohibition on bringing personal alcohol onto the premises of the Leśna Przystań Centre is in effect. Alcohol can only be purchased in the food zone located on the premises. The Centre is not responsible for damages caused by alcohol consumption.

4. Every person entering the Leśna Przystań Centre is required to pay a fee according to the applicable price list.

5. Parking at the Leśna Przystań Centre is subject to charges according to the applicable price list.

6. A strict prohibition on littering is in effect throughout the Leśna Przystań Centre. Waste should only be disposed of in designated trash bins.

7. A strict prohibition on bringing animals onto the premises of the Leśna Przystań Centre is in effect.

8. Children under the age of 13 on the playground must be under constant supervision by an adult guardian.

9. The movement of motor vehicles, horse-drawn vehicles, and mopeds in the forest is allowed only on public roads, while on forest roads it is permitted only if they are marked with signs allowing traffic on those roads. This does not apply to disabled individuals using vehicles adapted to their needs. Parking of the aforementioned vehicles on forest roads is allowed only in marked places. A speed limit of 20 km/h applies on the premises, except for the parking lot and camping site, where a speed limit of 20 km/h is also enforced.

10. A prohibition is in effect throughout the Leśna Przystań Centre on: • smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes outside designated areas; • using open flames, lighting bonfires, and grilling outside designated areas; • polluting the soil and water; • littering; • digging the ground; • destroying mushrooms and mycelium; • damaging facilities and tourist and technical objects as well as signs and boards; • raking and collecting litter; • bringing animals; • collecting eggs and chicks, destroying nesting sites and bird nests, as well as destroying dens, burrows, and anthills; • making noise and using sound signals, except in cases requiring an alarm; • disturbing animals.

11. The Leśna Przystań Centre is not responsible for any injuries, contusions, or other types of damages, both personal and property. This applies particularly to events caused by: • trees falling and branches and boughs dropping due to biotic and abiotic factors (including wind, storms, and snow); • uneven terrain; • wild animals (including snake bites and ticks, bites from rabid animals); • fires in forested and non-forested areas as well as various types of objects situated on them; • other events not mentioned above, arising from accidents, force majeure, or natural disasters.

12. A video surveillance system is in place throughout the Leśna Przystań Centre, with recordings that may be used as a basis for holding users accountable who do not comply with the applicable regulations.

13. Monitoring is conducted in a manner that does not violate the personal rights or dignity of users.

14. The purpose of the monitoring is to enhance safety and public order, protect people and property on the premises of the swimming area, and promote the Centre.

15. Monitoring recordings may be used by posting them on social media for marketing purposes.

17. The personal data processed by the administrator include, depending on the type of service provided, name, surname, residential address, phone number, and PESEL number.

18. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing services, pursuing potential claims related to damages caused by or defending against claims, documenting service performance for tax purposes, ensuring the highest quality of services, and conducting marketing activities.

19. The administrator shares personal data with the following categories of entities: employees and collaborators, external companies providing services based on separate agreements, and entities authorized under legal provisions.

20. Personal data will be processed for the duration of claims limitation.

21. Every person whose personal data is processed has the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, as well as to object to processing.

22. Every guest has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warsaw.

23. The administrator does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
