1. The Leśna Przystań Center consists of, among other things, a bathing area, a camping site, a fishing area, parking, a food zone, a playground, a water sports equipment rental, a children's wading pool, cabins, as well as walking and cycling paths.

2. The operation of the bathing area, camping site, water sports equipment rental, playground, children's wading pool, cabins, and fishing area is regulated by separate regulations.

3. A strict ban on bringing personal alcohol onto the premises of the Leśna Przystań Center is in effect. Alcohol can only be purchased in the food zone located on the premises. The center is not liable for damages resulting from alcohol consumption.

4. Every person entering the premises of the Leśna Przystań Center is obligated to pay the fee according to the applicable price list.

5. The parking at the Leśna Przystań Center is payable according to the applicable price list.

6. A ban on littering is in effect throughout the Leśna Przystań Center. Trash must only be disposed of in designated trash bins.

7. There is a strict ban on bringing animals onto the premises of the Leśna Przystań Center.

8. Children under the age of 13 present in the playground must be under the constant supervision of an adult guardian.

9. The movement of motor vehicles, horse-drawn vehicles, and mopeds in the forest is only allowed on public roads, while on forest roads it is permitted only if they are marked with signposts allowing traffic on those roads. This does not apply to disabled individuals using vehicles adapted to their needs. Parking of the aforementioned vehicles on forest roads is allowed only in marked places. A speed limit of 20 km/h applies throughout the center, except for the parking area and campsite, where the speed limit is also 20 km/h.

10. A ban is in effect throughout the Leśna Przystań Center on: • smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes outside designated areas; • using open flames, lighting fires, and barbecuing outside designated areas; • polluting the soil and water; • littering; • digging the ground; • destroying mushrooms and mycelium; • damaging equipment and economic, tourist, and technical facilities as well as signs and boards; • raking and collecting leaf litter; • bringing animals; • collecting eggs and chicks, destroying nesting sites and bird nests, as well as destroying den sites, burrows, and anthills; • making noise and using sound signals, except in cases requiring an alarm; • scaring animals.

11. The Leśna Przystań Center is not liable for any injuries, injuries, or other damages incurred, both to persons and property. This particularly includes events caused by: • falling trees and branches due to biotic and abiotic factors (e.g., wind, storms, and snowfall); • terrain irregularities; • wild animals (e.g., snake bites and tick bites, bites by animals infected with rabies); • fires in forested and non-forested areas and various objects located on them; • other unspecified events resulting from accidents, force majeure, or natural disasters.

12. There is a video monitoring system throughout the Leśna Przystań Center, along with recording, and recordings from cameras may be the basis for holding users accountable who do not comply with applicable regulations.

13. Monitoring is conducted in a manner that does not violate the personal rights and dignity of users.

14. The purpose of the monitoring is to enhance safety and public order, protect persons and property in the bathing area, and promote the center's activities.

15. Recordings from monitoring may be used by being posted on social media for marketing purposes.

17. Personal data processed by the Administrator includes, depending on the type of service provided, name, surname, address, phone number, PESEL number.

18. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing offered services, pursuing potential claims in connection with damages caused by or defending against claims, documenting the execution of services for tax purposes, ensuring the highest quality of services, and marketing activities.

19. The Administrator shares personal data with the following categories of entities: employees and collaborators, external companies providing services based on separate agreements, entities authorized under the law.

20. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the limitation period for claims.

21. Every person whose personal data is processed has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as to object to its processing.

22. Every guest has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

23. The Administrator does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
