Dear Sir/Madam, using the bathing area is equivalent to being familiar with and accepting the applicable rules.

USAGE RULES:

1. The bathing area is open during the summer season daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on weather conditions. Outside of these hours, swimming is prohibited.

2. The organizer reserves the right to close the bathing area due to bad weather conditions, technical issues, or other reasons.

3. Using the bathing area, beach, and green space is subject to a fee, according to the applicable price list.

4. Lifeguards supervise the bathing area.

5. Individuals using the bathing area are required to strictly follow the instructions of lifeguards and staff of the Leśna Przystań center. Failure to do so may result in removal from the bathing area without a refund of the fee paid.

6. The introduction of animals into the bathing area is strictly prohibited.

7. Children under the age of 13 may only be present in the bathing area under the supervision of an adult guardian.

8. Individuals whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or intoxicating substances are prohibited from entering the bathing area.

9. The bathing area includes zones: • for non-swimmers, marked with red buoys • for swimmers, marked with yellow buoys • designated only for individuals swimming with watercraft, located behind the swimmer's zone.

10. Individuals present in the bathing area are not allowed to: • enter the water against the lifeguard's prohibition, • enter the water after the bathing area is closed, • swim beyond the boundaries marked by yellow buoys, • disturb the peace of others, • push or throw others into the water, • jump into the water from piers.

11. Organized groups are required to report their presence to the lifeguard each time.

12. For the safety of bathers, mutual observation is recommended, and in case of need, assistance should be provided and rescue services notified. Emergency phone: 112.

13. Individuals who are overheated or have undergone intense physical effort are advised not to plunge into the water suddenly.

14. It is recommended to swim at least an hour after a heavy meal.

15. Individuals suffering from skin diseases or infectious diseases are prohibited from using the bathing area.

16. The bathing area has: • a watercraft rental service, • sanitary facilities, • a rescue and medical point.

17. It is prohibited to: • bring animals, • smoke tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, except in designated areas in the center • bring, sell, or consume alcohol, drugs, and other intoxicants, • use open flames, make bonfires, or grill, except in designated areas in the center • swim with jet skis and motorboats without center staff (excluding security and rescue services), • bathe and use floating equipment after consuming alcohol or under the influence of intoxicants, • destroy equipment, vegetation, or litter and pollute the area, • pollute the water including using detergents and personal hygiene products, • climb onto rescue towers and boats, • wash vehicles, including bicycles, on the entire water reservoir, • behave aggressively or use force against others, • relieve oneself outside of toilets, • fish within the fenced bathing area, • jump into the water from floating equipment and piers, • organize any events without the Administrator's consent.

18. Individuals violating public order or the regulations of this regulation will be asked to leave the bathing area and held accountable according to applicable laws.

19. The bathing area organizer and lifeguards are not responsible for material losses, personal items, documents, or other belongings of bathing area users.

20. Individuals using watercraft or bathing area facilities bear full financial responsibility for any damages caused.

21. The bathing area organizer is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper adherence to the provisions of this regulation.

22. The bathing area organizer is not responsible for the illegal public distribution of music by users. It is reminded that according to the copyright and related rights act of February 4, 1994, any business entity using musical and word-musical works in its activities is obliged to pay the appropriate fees to collective management organizations representing creators, performers, and producers. IT IS NOTED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION THAT THE BATHING AREA IS UNDER SURVEILLANCE.

23. Every person present in the bathing area is obliged to comply with the instructions of the Organizer, the service staff, and the provisions of this regulation.

24. In justified cases, the bathing area organizer, lifeguard, or staff may call the police.

25. In matters not covered by this Regulation, general provisions and the bathing area organizer's decisions shall apply.

26. Any comments, complaints, and requests regarding the bathing area should be reported to: KP Nieruchomości Kazimierz Piętka, ul. Sokolnicza 5 lok. 5, 53-676 Wrocław.

Regulations of the fishing ground "Leśna Przystań" The catch and release rule applies!

It is allowed to fish with 2 rods from the shore +1 for an additional fee.

1. Presence at the fishing ground is only allowed after prior payment or telephone notification. The following regulations must be observed:

3. Entry to the fishing ground is prohibited for those who have not paid.

4. Fires/bbqs are only allowed in designated areas.

5. Theft and poaching of fish are subject to penalties defined in civil and criminal law.

6. Individuals caught stealing will be charged a penalty of 1000 PLN + 100 PLN for each kilogram of fish and ordered to leave the fishing ground immediately.

7. Keeping fish in nets and carp sacks is prohibited.

8. The use of a marker in the form of a bent rod is allowed (USE OF "H" BUOYS IS PROHIBITED).

9. Spinning from floating means is prohibited.

10. Blocking water with sum traps during the daytime, i.e., 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, is prohibited.

11. Fish must be kept on mats during photo sessions.

12. Disturbing the peace and littering is prohibited.

Fishing prices: - fishing day from 12:00 to 10:00 PM - 30 PLN fishing overnight from 12:00 to 12:00 (the next day) - 50 PLN - accompanying person over 18 years old - 10 PLN - tent 15 PLN/overnight - car 15 PLN/overnight - trailer 20 PLN/overnight - camper 30 PLN/overnight - additional rod - 10 PLN.

It is recommended to use the sanitary facilities available at the center. Have a nice stay!

Regulations of the sports equipment rental

1. The rental is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (June-September).

2. The type of units and the cost of their rental are specified in the current price list available at the rental.

3. Water equipment can only be rented by adults, upon presentation of an identity document, after recording the details, paying the fee, and acknowledging the rental with a personal signature.

4. Renting equipment without presenting an identity document is allowed only after paying a deposit equal to the value of the rented equipment. The deposit is refundable if the equipment is returned without any issues.

5. After returning to the harbor, the unit must be pulled onto the sand, and you must promptly report to the rental for the settlement of the rented equipment and life jackets.

6. Any delay in the planned return and settlement of the equipment will incur a fee for each additional hour started.

7. Unauthorized unmooring of the equipment or leaving it outside designated areas is prohibited.

8. Children under 13 may only swim in the company of an adult.

9. The person renting is responsible for the assigned floating equipment and bears the costs of any damage or loss of the equipment.

10. Renting equipment to individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

11. Entering the watercraft with hard footwear is prohibited.

12. There must be as many life jackets or flotation devices on the unit as there are people on board.

13. Behavior on the water: - drinking alcohol is prohibited, - behave courteously while sailing, - it is prohibited to land on the shore in places not designated for this, on rocky shores, - jumping into the water is prohibited, and you must follow the instructions of the rental staff and other authorized persons. - life jackets or flotation devices must be used at all times.

14. Any incident, such as a collision with another unit, capsizing, leakage, or damage to the equipment, must be reported to the rental staff immediately.

15. Swimming in the lake is prohibited.

16. Subletting rented equipment to others is prohibited.

17. The rental does not bear any responsibility for accidents, loss of health, or death of participants resulting from improper use of the rented water equipment and/or non-compliance with the regulations.

18. The rental is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items brought onto the watercraft.

19. Renting equipment is tantamount to accepting the regulations and consenting to the processing of personal data.

PRZEBYWANIE NA TERENIE POLA CAMPINGOWEGO JEST RÓWNOZNACZNE ZE ZNAJOMOŚCIĄ I AKCEPTACJĄ OBOWIĄZUJĄCYCH NA NIM ZASAD

§ 1 PRZEPISY OGÓLNE

1. Zasady Regulaminu mają na celu ochronę praw wszystkich ludzi korzystających z usług pola kempingowego (dalej: gości) oraz pozostałych osób przebywających na jego terenie.
2. Niniejsze zasady określają obowiązki gości, sposób ich zachowania się podczas pobytu na kempingu oraz sposób korzystania z udostępnionych urządzeń technicznych i sprzętu.
3. Teren kempingu jest terenem prywatnym. Wejście na teren kempingu oznacza akceptację regulaminu.

§ 2 PRZYJAZD I WYJAZD GOŚCI

1. Niezwłocznie po przybyciu na kemping gość jest zobowiązany do zameldowania się w recepcji
2. Recepcja kempingu czynna jest codziennie w godzinach od 10:00 do 18:00, a w pozostałych godzinach po wcześniejszym zgłoszeniu
3. Do korzystania z terenu pola kempingowego uprawnione są osoby zameldowane w recepcji i posiadające kartę pobytu po uprzednim dokonaniu formalności meldunkowych oraz uregulowaniu należności za cały okres pobytu z góry według cennika.
4. Za uiszczoną opłatę otrzymujemy dowód wpłaty - kartę pobytu, którą należy umieścić w widocznym miejscu na namiocie, przyczepie, kamperze lub w lewym dolnym rogu przedniej szyby samochodu przez cały okres zameldowania.
5. Osoby niezameldowane, które przebywają na terenie pola kempingowego i w przeciągu 3 godzin od przyjazdu nie dokonały formalności meldunkowych podlegają dodatkowej opłacie w wysokości 50 zł.
6. Doba kempingowa trwa do godziny 13:00 dnia następnego. Osoby, które przyjechały po godzinie 24:00 i spędziły noc na terenie ośrodka traktuje się, że rozpoczęły dobę dzień wcześniej.
7. Po upływie doby pobytowej korzystający z pola kempingowego mają obowiązek zgłosić swój wyjazd lub przedłużyć pobyt i uiścić dodatkową opłatę.
8. Wizyty osób odwiedzających gości pola kempingowego każdorazowo prosimy zgłaszać w recepcji. Odwiedzający mogą przebywać na terenie kempingu w godz. od 7:00 do godz. 20:00, jeśli zostało to uprzednio zgłoszone w recepcji, powinni dokonać stosownych opłat i stosować się do niniejszego regulaminu.
9. Właściciel pola zastrzega sobie prawo do wyboru lub zmiany miejsca lokalizacji samochodu, przyczepy kempingowej, namiotu, itp. celem wygodnego i satysfakcjonującego dla wszystkich gości wzajemnego usytuowania na terenie.
10. Kemping może odmówić przyjęcia gościa, który podczas poprzedniego pobytu rażąco naruszył regulaminy Ośrodka, wyrządził szkodę w mieniu kempingu, gości lub szkodę na osobie gościa, pracownika kempingu lub innych osób przebywających na kempingu albo też w inny sposób zakłócił spokojny pobyt gości lub funkcjonowanie obiektu.

§ 3 KORZYSTANIE Z URZĄDZEŃ TECHNICZNYCH I SPRZĘTU

1. Umywalki, prysznice i WC muszą być użytkowane we właściwy sposób, odpowiadający ich przeznaczeniu; goście muszą być świadomi, że są to urządzenia sanitarne, które wspólnie użytkują wszyscy goście kempingu.
2. Korzystanie z dostępnych skrzynek elektrycznych możliwe jest za zgodą personelu. Zabrania się używania grzewczych urządzeń elektrycznych. Potrzebę użycia tego typu urządzeń należy zgłosić personelowi celem ustalenia dodatkowej opłaty.
3. W przypadku uszkodzenia, zniszczenia lub zagubienia przez turystę mienia kempingu, ponosi on odpowiedzialność materialną.
4. Zasady korzystania z dostępnego do wypożyczenia sprzętu wodnego i rekreacyjnego określa odrębny regulamin wypożyczalni.

§ 4 PRZECHOWYWANIE PRZEDMIOTÓW OSOBISTYCH I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ ZA OBRAŻENIA ODNIESIONE NA TERENIE CAMPINGU

1. Właściciel obiektu nie ponosi jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności za ewentualne zniszczenie, uszkodzenie lub kradzież przyczepy kempingowej, kampera, namiotu, samochodu lub innych dóbr, przedmiotów przywiezionych przez Klienta na kemping/pole namiotowe. Każda osoba przebywająca na kempingu zobowiązana jest strzec posiadanych przedmiotów. Właściciel nie jest odpowiedzialny za ewentualne zagubienie lub kradzież wartościowych przedmiotów.
2. Właściciel kempingu zaznacza, że nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności za straty na mieniu i osobie wynikające z działań sił natury tj: burze, gradobicia, nawałnice, silne nagłe podmuchy wiatru.
3. Za szkodę wynikającą z przewrócenia się drzewa lub odłamania ich gałęzi właściciel kempingu nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności.
4. Właściciel nie odpowiada za straty wyrządzone awarią sieci elektrycznej oraz przerwami w dostawie prądu.

§ 5 PRZEPISY PORZĄDKOWE

1. W sytuacji stwierdzenia nieprzestrzegania przez gości zakazów zapisanych w niniejszym Regulaminie, właściciel kempingu może odmówić im dalszego pobytu na terenie kempingu.
2. Cisza nocna obowiązuje od godziny 22:00 do 6:00.UWAGA! Istnienie ciszy nocnej nie uprawnia do rażącego zakłócania ciszy w godzinach dziennych. Wypoczywając należy zawsze pamiętać o zasadach współżycia społecznego.
3. Zabrania się zakłócania wypoczynku innym gościom poprzez nadmiernie głośne użytkowanie radioodbiorników, TV, głośników, a także rozmów, głośnego słuchania muzyki i śpiewów, które wykraczają poza ogólnie przyjęte normy współżycia społecznego.
4. Według ogólnie przyjętych norm współżycia społecznego na terenie kempingu zabrania się zachowań agresywnych oraz używania wulgarnych słów.
5. Osoby poruszające się po terenie kempingu pojazdami są zobowiązane zachować szczególną ostrożność i zredukować prędkość do 10 km/h.
6. Każdy przebywający winien dbać o porządek i ład wokół swojego miejsca wypoczynku, a w szczególności składować nieczystości w miejscu do tego przeznaczonym. Przed opuszczeniem kempingu gość jest zobowiązany do posprzątania i pozostawienia w nienaruszonym stanie miejsca, na którym przebywał.
7. Rażące, uporczywe nieprzestrzeganie powyższego zapisu regulaminu może skutkować natychmiastowym usunięciem z terenu pola kempingowego bez zwrotu kosztów pobytu. Dodatkowo osoby wyjątkowo uporczywie niereagujące (3 krotnie) na upomnienia personelu do przestrzegania regulaminu, przez co swoim zachowaniem utrudniają wypoczynek innym, podlegają dodatkowej opłacie w wysokości 1000 zł. Kwota ta może być przeznaczona na pokrycie honorarium wyspecjalizowanej firmy ochroniarskiej lub polepszenie warunków wypoczynku innych gości.
8. W razie niezapłacenia rachunku przyczepa kempingowa lub namiot zostaną zatrzymane na kempingu do chwili uiszczenia całej kwoty, obejmującej również dodatkową opłatę naliczoną za zajmowanie miejsca.

§ 6 OCHRONA ŚRODOWISKA

1. Na terenie kempingu obowiązuje segregacja odpadów. Goście otrzymują specjalne oznaczone worki służące do segregacji odpadów i wyłącznie w nich mogą pozostawić śmieci w selektywnie oznaczonych dużych kontenerach. Osoby nie stosujące się do zasad segregacji ponoszą wynikające z tego tytułu dodatkowe koszty.
2. Goście są zobowiązani do ochrony wszelkich roślin znajdujących się na terenie kempingu oraz w jego obrębie mając na uwadze również dobro otaczającego lasu. Zabrania się łamania gałęzi oraz niszczenia (wbijania gwoździ) i ścinania drzew.
3. W obrębie jeziora, pomostu jak i sąsiadującego brzegu zabrania się używania środków chemicznych, mycia naczyń oraz patroszenia ryb i wyrzucania ich resztek.
4. Prosimy o nie zbliżanie się na odległość 15 m do jeziora samochodami oraz innym pojazdami mechanicznymi.

§ 7 POZOSTAŁE ZASADY

1. Na kempingu obowiązuje zakaz wprowadzania zwierząt.
2. Dzieci powinny znajdować się pod nadzorem rodziców lub osób, którzy są za nie bezpośrednio odpowiedzialne. Korzystanie przez dzieci ze sprzętu sportowego, placu zabaw, brodzika i innych usług na kempingu musi odbywać się wyłącznie w obecności nadzorujących ich dorosłych. Właściciel kempingu nie ponosi jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności za dzieci pozostające bez opieki.
3. Obowiązuje zakaz kąpieli w jeziorze poza wyznaczonym terenem kąpieliska.
4. Przebywający na terenie kempingu winni przestrzegać przepisów BHP oraz P.POŻ, a w szczególności zabrania się: dowolności rozpalania ognisk poza miejscami wyznaczonymi do tego celu przez Nadleśnictwo i Ośrodek. Istnieje możliwość wypożyczenia palenisk w recepcji.
5. W przypadku zastrzeżeń dotyczących jakości usług Gość jest proszony o niezwłoczne ich zgłaszanie do Recepcji, co umożliwi pracownikom poprawę standardu świadczonych usług.

**REGULATIONS FOR RENTING A COTTAGE**

**§ 1**

1. Guests using the Cottages and visitors are required to comply with the Regulations in force at the Leśna Przystań Center and to use the Cottages in a manner consistent with their intended purpose and in accordance with the principles of social coexistence, particularly by not disturbing the use of the Cottages by other Guests.

2. Cottages may be rented by adults who have full legal capacity. Minors may only stay in the Cottages under the supervision of adults.

3. Cottages are not available for rental for organized events.

**§ 2**

1. Reservations for Cottages can be made in the following ways: by phone, via email, or through publicly available booking services.

2. In order to issue a VAT invoice for the rental of the Cottage, the Guest must inform the Lessor of this before making the transfer or in the comments when using online Cottage reservations.

**§ 3**

1. Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of 500.00 PLN will be charged as a security on a payment card. In the event of damage, destruction, or other costs necessary to restore the Cottage to its condition before rental, the deposit will be applied to cover the costs incurred by the Lessor. Withholding the deposit by the Lessor does not exclude the Lessor's right to claim damages exceeding the deposit amount, according to general regulations. An estimate of any damage will be prepared by the Lessor and presented to the Guest or the person making a group reservation. If damage, destruction, or other irregularities are detected by the Lessor after the Guest has left the Cottage and were not reported, the Guest or the person making the group reservation will be charged for the costs of removal. Reducing the duration of the stay by the Guest compared to the planned period does not affect the amount of the refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the Cottages, no later than the next working day after check-out.

**§ 4**

1. If, after reserving the Cottage, it turns out that it cannot be made available to the Guest for use, particularly for technical reasons, the Lessor will provide the Guest with another Cottage on the same or different date, of the same standard. If the Guest does not agree to such a substitution, they may withdraw from the rental, and any amounts paid so far will be refunded.

**§ 5**

1. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

2. Upon arrival at the Leśna Przystań Center, the Guest must present proof of reservation at the entrance gate and then proceed to the Reception for check-in and payment for the stay.

3. If the Guest extends their stay beyond the hotel day during which they should leave the Cottage without prior arrangement with the Lessor, the Lessor is entitled to charge the Guest a fee for using the Cottage of 100.00 PLN for each commenced hour beyond the hotel day. This amount will be deducted from the deposit paid by the Guest. If the fee for using the Cottage beyond the hotel day exceeds the deposit amount, the Guest will be obliged to cover the difference.

**§ 6**

1. Staying in the Cottages entitles the Guest to: a. use of the Swimming Area, b. use of the parking lot, c. fishing in designated areas.

**§ 7**

1. In case of gross violation by the Guest, a person under their supervision, or other individuals for whom they are responsible, of any provisions of the Regulations, the Lessor will be entitled to terminate the rental of the Cottage early and demand that the rented Cottage be vacated without unnecessary delay. If such a right is exercised, the Guest will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the rental of the Cottage in full or even in part.

2. On the day of check-out, the Lessor will check the condition of the Cottages and inform the Guest of any damages.

**§ 8**

1. Any shortages, irregularities, and complaints regarding the operation of the Cottage's equipment should be reported to the Staff immediately. Guests, upon taking possession of the rented Cottage, are obliged to check it and report any irregularities or complaints to the Staff. A list of equipment is available in each Cottage.

2. If the Guest identifies any irregularities in the Cottage or its equipment and does not report this fact, the Lessor will be entitled to charge the Guest for the costs of removing the irregularities.

3. Guests are required to allow the Lessor, Staff, or their representatives access to the Cottage to carry out appropriate maintenance and repair work, remove defects and irregularities, and inspect the condition of the Cottage and its use, after prior notification of the intention to carry out these activities, unless the actions need to be taken without delay or are dictated by the safety of the Guests. If the Cottage is unfit for use due to a detected failure or defect, the Lessor will propose the Guest another Cottage of the same or higher standard, at no additional charge.

4. There is a ban on entering the water from the piers located by the Cottages.

5. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Cottage, specifically for destruction or damage to the Cottage's equipment, destruction or damage to the Cottage's structure, destruction or damage to the infrastructure belonging to the Cottage, as well as destruction or damage to other items made available to the Guests for use. Similarly, Guests are responsible for any damage caused by individuals under their care (particularly minors).

**§ 9**

1. Guests are prohibited from using their own grill, bonfire, grill, etc.

2. Guests have the option to rent an electric grill at the reception (the rental of the grill is subject to an additional fee, according to the applicable Price List). The number of grills is limited, and priority is given to those who apply first. There is a ban on using the electric grill in the Cottages and on the Terraces.

3. After using the electric grill, the Guest is obliged to clean it and return it to the reception.

4. It is prohibited to gut fish and fry them in the Cottages.

**§ 10**

1. It is possible for Guests to receive visitors between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, provided that the entrance fee to the Center is paid.

**§ 11**

1. There is a total ban on bringing animals into the Leśna Przystań Center, including the Cottages.

2. **§ 12**

1. Throughout the Leśna Przystań Center, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, there is a curfew. During these hours, generating noise and engaging in other activities that may disturb the night rest of other Guests using the Cottages is prohibited.

2. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco, tobacco products, as well as a total ban on using electronic cigarettes and other similar devices in the Cottages.

3. Guests are obliged to exercise due diligence in securing the belongings left in the rented Cottages, particularly by properly locking the rented Cottage. The Lessor is not responsible for items left by the Guest in the Cottage area, or on the entire Center's premises, which have been lost, stolen, or otherwise lost. If a safe is available in the Cottage, Guests are entitled to use it without additional charges. The Lessor is not liable for items left in the safe.

**§ 13**

1. These Regulations, along with attachments, constitute an integral part of the rental agreement for the Cottages. Entering into the rental agreement for the Cottages indicates acceptance of these Regulations.

2. The Regulations are effective from July 14, 2023.
